Hi,
I came to US on L1 visa in Dec, 2012. My L1 visa was expiring in August 2015. My company filed my L1 B extension in August 2015. I October 2015 I got a H1 B approval with a change of status and my status changed to H1B. In October 2016 my company filed H1B extension which also got approved till from 15 Oct 2016 to 15 Dec, 2018.
In the mean time the L1 extension application was pending with USCIS.
On January 8, 2018 USCIS approved my L1 B extension application starting Aug 2015 to 14th Oct 2016.
What does this mean?
Does this mean my status is now invalid since 15th Oct, 2016.
Do I need to move out of US immediately?
