Visa Help?
Hello everyone 
I have a query regarding which visa if any would be possible to obtain, to give some background I have just graduated university with a distinction in a Business management masters. I have previously worked on Q1 and J1 visa's for temporary work also.
Following work from the Q1 visa one of our collegues was able to return to the U.S without a petitioning employer to seek employment for up to 18 months yet wont tell us the visa or which one, does anyone know what it is?
If not.. I want to secure a long-term visa but I am not sure what would be the route to take, I have 2 years management experience in logistics and supply chain and accounts management too, not sure if that will make much difference.
Any suggestions?
