Advice Required on Sponsored Visa

I have been on the Government website but must admit I have found it slightly confusing so I have decided to hopefully seek advice from forum users. My son has been offered a sponsorship by a company to coach volleyball at their volleyball club. He is highly qualified and has lived in the UK since birth. It does appear to be a complicated process and I would appreciate it if anyone in the first instance could help me with the following questions:-

Which visa should be used to make his application?

How long does it take to get a sponsored visa?

Do all visas cost the same or are they different prices.

Will the sponsor have to do everything i.e. all paperwork and arrange payment.
