DS156 wrong filling

I have submitted a DS156 for H1B visa. I got my stamping visa. However, after that I found that I have wrong filling my DS156- my marriage status.

I would like to ask

1. Is there any way to correct it?
2. My spouse & daughter are going to interview for H4 next week. Is there an problem for them ?????
