Adjustment of Status from A3

[So_Many_Forms]

I have a question as all those forms are so stressful to understand, I recently got married and i want to adjust my status from A3...there isn't much information for people like us...I know i need to fill the I-566 then what happens? Should i send only that form or should i go ahead and do everything else? ie I-485? what other forms am i supposed to get done...finally for the Support form, can i add what i have to my wife's (US Citizen)? Or she alone has to show a minimum of $16,000?

Thanks for your help, by the way are you guys aware of an immigration lawyer that doesn't charge an arm and a leg up in portland, Oregon?
