    L1 to E2 Adjustment of Status

    I am currently in the US on and L1 which expires soon. I want to change to an E2, Can somebody please advise what are the forms I need to submit?

    I am told its an I-129 for me and an I-539 for my wife. I also have 1 son aged 16 who needs to stay in the USA.

    I am aware of the other supporting documents required.
