It seems there are a lot of questions, with some answers for some people.
Here is a question perhaps someone can help my friend out with.
Currently he has an E-1 Visa of which expires in January of 08. He is completed the project with this company and now has to go back to re-new his passport back home.
As of this writing he has the following:
1/ U.S. Bank account
2/ Valid SSN
Now he has a job offer from another company and it is my understanding that all he needs is an I-765 Visa of which his new employer has to go to the Immigration Office and apply for?
Here is my question. In any industry there is always someone who specializes in expediting this kind of stuff. In this case if he hired a Lawyer would that really be the right thing to do. After all doesn't that cost just more money? And, how do you know you are getting the right Lawyer to do it? We can read books and reports about how to do it, however has anyone reading this had a similar experience that perhaps he could learn from.
Any ideas or suggestions on how he could move forward in obtaining his work Visa.... ?
