    hi all,

i didnt know where to discuss/say this, so i thot this is the bestplace todo so.

i went to the indian consulate in dc today and these guys were so rude....!! they didnt want to help at all.. i said a few nasty things to them like 'im not asking for a favor, this is ur job' etc.. i went there for police clearance certificates.. i met another gentleman over there, and his passport has not yet been given back to him since 4 months!

im worried now that those guys might take this against me and do somethn similar to me.. im reallly worried.. i feel like crying and i feel very helpless...

i dont knwo what to do..

thanks to this forum, at least we can discuss here without having to think twice...

    thanks guys..

People with power are rude many times and there is nothing you can do. Instead of arguing or making bad remarks, just tolerate to the best of your abilities to get the job done.

Even though they are doing their job, they don't have to worry about customer satisfaction etc. If you are not satisfied with their service, do you have the alternative to go to another place? No. Therefore, just keep it cool.
