Transit visa

i graduated in May 2006 and currently i'm employed in the US, under my OPT. I have valid US F-1 visa until January, 2008. I'll be traveling outside US in December and wanted to know if I need transit visa for UK since I'll be stopping at LHR.

Further more I have an employment authorization card and an valid I-20 signed by my dean.

If your visa stamp has expired, you need transit visa. If your visa stamp is valid (not the F1 or OPT status), you don't need transit visa.
