  • Need to return home!

hey everyone, heres my story....................... Came over on a Waiver visa earlier on this year and was hoping to file for a change in status but due to money problems from the beginning was unable to. Got pregnant and really wanted to return back to the uk but was told that my pregnancy was high risk so I had to have the baby here. Baby is now born but I still want to return home because I have a medical condition. My husband is an american citizen (by birth) and wants us to return home but I'm at a loss because I want to register the baby in the uk. Tried various departments for help and I cant seem to get any answers. Sorry if this sounds confusing but I'm still in a confused state myself. Hope someone can help me

All the best for the new year everyone
