Urgent - Surname Problem
Hi friends,
I am planning to go to mexico for h4 stamping for me and my son. My son's H4 apporval notice has my husband's first name as a last name for my son. But in my son's passport the surname has my husband's Lastname and first name.
1) will it be a problem that we need to correct with USCIS before going for stamping.
2) Will VO reject because of different name in passport and H4 approval copy.
Please give me your suggestions.
