My wife gave birth to a child in USA 5 years ago and we decide to bring him back to US to study. Since we are not US citizen, we would like to know what we should do to make us stay in US legally.

You would have to employ on eof the usual channels like any other visitor. If you qualify, you apply for a work visa etc. What Im saying is that havng a US citizen child give syou no special treatment and extends no right to remian in the us to have him educated.
