I am a US citizen and my wife is from Malaysia. We have known each other for over 2 yrs and we got married here in the US. We have not been able to file our paperwork yet because it seems like one thing after another has come up that has hurt the funds. Her tourist visa expiration is coming up this week and I don't know what to do. I am a Gulf War veteran and I don't want to do anything illegal. She is chomping at the bit to work etc. We have done nothing illegal but we are concerned about her I-94 expiring. Please advise me? Should I send the paperwork without the fees? Thank you
