Hi,
I am a US citizen and I have filed for my parents using I-130. Right now I'm in the process of filling I-864 for my father, But i havn't received any information or form for my mother. I tried calling USCIS help desk and they informed me that I have to submit both of my parents' I-130 application separately but they were not sure, they couldnt tell me any information for sure. I dont know whats going on? But right now on I-864, there is an option stating that I could file both of them. Right now I am confused about the petition? DO i file each of my parent separetly of together? Please help? Another question is I filed for my fiance, and I have received his application report, I think some where on this site, that I cannot meet with him during his application process period? or Is it ok for me to meet with him while his application is still in process with USCIS?
