1-Is it possible to get US driver license, while on tourist visa????

2- Is it possible to get social security number while on J-1 or J-2 ( subject to 2 yrs home residency) or not ????

3-Which one of the following is easier to change of status in the US;

Changing from B-2 to J-1 alien physician

OR

Changing from F-1 to J-1 alien physicain.
