Hi,

please help me out

i attended for h1b interview in mumbai consulate and they have given me 221(g) form and asked me to attend in chennai, while returning 2 chennai i lost my passport. i applied for that i will be getting by this month

please clerify me the further process

1) do i have to start the process from first?

2) how to get ds-156 & 157 forms do i have to fill this forms again ?
