Visa Options for ailing aunt

Hi!
I would really like to have my aunt (mother's sister) stay with me so I can care for her, in her old age. However a visitor's visa will not work well, as she may not be able to travel out of country every six months as required. Is there any other option for me to care for her and maintian my setup here in the US. Greatly appreciate your response. Malavika.

It is not required to "travel" every six months. She can not live here on a visitor visa simply put.

There is not a way she can come here and live under your care. Sorry.
