Hi.
I am on E2 visa right now and my current employer has filed a petition for
H1B.
I understand that the processing period is from April to October.
I plan to go back home (Philippines) this coming April to attend a family
gathering.
Thus I would like to know if there is a travel restriction imposed on E2
while the H1B is being processed, i.e. would I be able to go in and out of
US during the H1B processing period as an E2 visa holder could normally
do.
