iam from india . my promble is i pass ssc. did my 2years intermedite .but 2Sec year i failed ..........at 2005 i got passport for that i submit my ssc memo. so in passport i got mirgation chk requried ..... but in 2007 oct is changed.
so now can i applied for non mirgation chk

You can get an amendment to your passport made. There is a separate form (with a small fee) which you have to submit to the passport office along with proof of your qualification. Note that small changes like this may also take a long time (as long as it takes to get a passport) and so you should apply for amendment as soon as possible.
