I would have couple of questions about 'V' visa for my husband.
If you could please help me out this issue, really appricate.
I am a green card holder. I married on last dec one India citizen. I am also a Indian Citizen. Right now my husband in india. Is there any possbile i can apply for V visa for him? can you please advise me which is the best option for us? If i apply for V visa, is there any issue to get Green card later. Can you please advise me as soon as possible.
