    who's goin to fill this up,im really confused bec there are a lot of things here like US ss # and alien registration # and i still dont have those. pls help asap...thanks.

      If you are filing for Adjustment of Status, based on marriage to an US Citizen.

      BOTH OF YOU, Petitioner and Alien, must fill it out. One for each.

      If you do not have an Alien #, then put "N/A".

          my husband is a green card holder
          he is trying to petition me and our kids and needs this form,
          what about the box that says
          this form is submitted in connection with an application for:
          _naturalization
          _status as permanent resident
          _others: specify

          what box should i check,
          pls help, many thanks.

            You do know that it will take 5-6 years for a visa number to become available for your and your children right? since your husband is sponsoring you as a GC holder...
