Regaining green card after lengthy stay abroad

Our daughter (over 21) spend a lengthy period (working and living) in Europe. After several years coming here for her annual vacation customs told her she needed to give up her green card, which she did at the time.

Now she wants to return to the U.S.

We are naturalized U.S. citizens.

Apart from form I-130, is there another way for her to return in the near term?
