I don't know if I choose well where to post this question. But you will forgive me.
There is the possibility to have some kind of Visa to stay in US, BUT with NO intnent to work?.
That mean I don't want a job. I'm just looking a way to stay there in peace. It would be better stay with a resident status.

Is it possible?

No such thing if you want an unlimited stay in the US. Temporary stay visas are available for tourists or you can use visa waiver for short visits.

There is no way to just "retire" in the USA. The only way to live there is either by obtaining residency through employment and highly skilled qualifications or by being sponsored by a US citizen relative.
