asking about usa nonimmigration visa

i am ilyas from hyderabad india i had approched last 8month ago
for b1b2 visa from chennai but the visa officer had confused his desition
my case no 20072610426
i just wabt to ask u that i amy chances to get visa or not

we have no way of knowing your case, what type of visa, or any chances of you getting visa or not. We are not 'fortune tellers".
