    i485 WAIT TIME !

    Hi
    I Applied For I485 Form In November 2007 On Employment Based , Could I Know How Much Time It Will Take To Getapproval Of Green Card . In I485 I Also Apllied For My Three Childrens . Two Of Them Are Married ,one Is Living In India And Other One In Spain . I Want To Know After Approval Of My Case How Much Time It Could Take To Get Immigrant Visa For My Married Childrens And Whether It Can Reduce Processing Time For Immigrant Visa Of My Married Son , Who Lives In Spain ,if He Appllies In American Embassy Madrid , Spain .

    How did your married children qualify as your dependents?

      They do not qualify. Specially not for the I-485 (since they are not even in the USA).

      You, my friend (OP), need to read instructions more carefully... things are not as easy.
