Hi Folks, this is a continues post to my previous post.... could somone urgently also adivse on the following questions for me and my fiance to be??
1. What are the best ways for the US government INS to track the exits and entries into and out of the USA for my fiance as she is a GC holder. I mean with other words is there anyway for us to obtain more accurate records of this so that we can caluclate her eligibillity for US citizenship filing. The only thing we can go on so far is her (entry stamps into the US) in her passport ... is there another more accurate way or suggustion please???
This due to the reason that she cant remember her acutal time outside the US, while having her GC...
2. In my case, I might be continuing my MBA studies here, Can I go to Canada and get the F1 or do I have to return to (my home country) Sweden for this?
3. If I get rejected for any reason in (my home country) Sweden or Canada for my F1 can I still come back on the 90 day VWP program?
4. If I get married outside the US and apply for the F1 at a Swedish location, can my wife file papers (I-130) at a US embassy there at the same time. Would my applying for an F1 and my spouse applying for my green card/I-130 at the same time create any issues? Would I still be able to enter the US on my F1 while my GC papers have been filed or should my spouse file for my GC once I come back into the US??
