two year physical stay evidance after departure of J1 Visa

Hi,

I have got "request for evidence" query from USCIS.

I have 2 year restriction on J1 visa. I have stayed in India for two years before got my H1B visa.

They are asking for evidence of physical stay in India for two years.

What kind of information becomes evidance? Does any body has any sample template for this?

Look at your passport stampings. Did you happen to get a new passport so your exits and entrys are not reported from that time?
