2 of us, 1 US citizen and 1 Russian citizen have spent enough years in emails and on video with each other to believe we may want to live together and perhaps marry in the US. How can the Russian get a visitor's visa if she shows reason not to return to Russia, because of no husband and visiting a man. Can't get, nor want, a fiance visa as we have not physically met. So how can she get to the US to even know if we want to live together or marry? We could possibly meet in another counrty, but she would like to at least SEE the US before these major decisions are made. Any possibilities? Any suggestions?
