I got the G4 visa offer. i have following queries...
Please clear my thoughts.

1) Can G4 visa employer break the contract and leave me in middle?
2) suppose if he break G4 visa contract then i cam file H1 Visa?
3) what are the documents required to file visa?
4) is there any back ground check done before filling visa?
5) what is processing time for G4?
