Re: I-94 Renewal
My family and I have E-2 visa and we need to renew our I-94 forms. I am aware that in order to get it, I need to get out of the country and upon entering back to US I will get a new I-94 form. I am wondering if it is possible to get it from Toronto/NY border and turn around that day back to US, so I would not be needing a Canadian visa.
Pleas advice.
