Pending USCIS immigrant petition
Good Day!
I'm here seeking for any advice,opinion and etc about my case.
I'm already 22 years old now from Philippines. My mother is an US citizen, she stayed 20 years in US. I have 1 older brother and 1 younger brother, they are already in US with my Mom just this 2007, unfortunately i was the one left here in our country. My mom filed a petition for me after my brothers arrived there, i was then turning 21 at that time month of august i think, however due to financial support, the check payed to my application bounced.. So my Mother refiled my petition, however i was already 21 years old at that time she refiled, and USCIS received it on February 22,2008.
Some says that i have to wait many years before it will be approved.. is it true?
Is there any ways that it could be faster,and lessen years (processing time)?
What are the best thing i will do about this case?
