Hi Everyone,
My husband came to US on J1 visa in Dec 2003 and came to India for marriage in Aug 2004. At that time the airline didnot took his I-94 departure card. He applied for J1 extension in Sep 2004, Becoz of security check we got our visa in Dec 2004 and when we came back to US he recieved another I-94 depature card at port of entry. He changed to H1 in Dec2006 in US, In this oct we are going to India and we will go for H1 extension stamping. Now the confusion is which departure card do we need to submit to the airlines, the one from 2003 or 2004 (white cards) or the one from H1 I-797 notice of action. Please help us.
