Hello my son has made 3 business trips to USA from UK last year. The last time he was held at Philadelphia while customs looked at his online business. after several hours they allowed him to continue on his journey to LA but advised him to have a VISA in place next time.
As he has another trip planned for January 2010 he applied for a visa which was denied as he did not have enough proof (he is single, lives with his parents and has no dependants he is also freelance. The embassy told him that he was safe to travel to the USA with an ESTA (Which he has).........
Will the fact that he has been refused a VISA cause more problems when he next travels to USA..........
Any advice would be appreciated as we seem to be going around in circles.......................
