Hi, I have travelled to the US on an A2 Visa and my passport went through the wash 
I now have a replacement passport but am wondering whether I need to replace the I-94.
The admission number and my name are readable but the year on my birthdate and the stamp date are not. Is there a requirement to apply for a new one? At the moment I am thinking the Admission number is probably the only real biggy?
