F1 OPT ending in Jan 2020.How to continue working?

I am a PHD from US university.I am working in a US research company.Not selected in H1B lottery. F1 OPT to end in Jan 2020. Are there any visas that I can apply to continue working with the same company? Thanks.

you can try O1. But you would need a sponsor

As mentioned above, you can try O1. If your organization is a research entity, you might qualify for EB1B. If you are from the rest of the world (not India or China), you can file I140 and most probably file for AOS come October.In such a cse yu can continue working once you get your EAD.
