O-1 stamping after I-140 approval?

Is it possible to get an O-1 stamping done with an approved I-140? Has anyone had this experience at Mumbai consulate or other Indian consulates recently?

By any chance did you travel to india on O1 visa with I-140 approval.
I am also in same.
