Hi,
My i94 expired a month ago and I applied for a L1B visa extension for me and my family and the application is currently pending. My drivers license expired with the i-94 and for some reason I was not approved for establishment of lawful presence to get a renewal and was told by the USCIS office that I should wait for my i-94 to be issued which could take a while. Was wondering if I could know of any alternatives.
