Hi,
My wife was a dependant on H4 visa . She has changed from H4 to F1 last year. She has the I20 with new status .
She will be visiting India this may . She needs to change her status and go to Visa stamping in Hyderabad. She has
finished 3 semesters of her MS. She has till May 2011 to complete her education in University. I am in the last year of my H1. Is it ok for her to attend stamping in Hyderabad for change of Status from H4 to F1? Can someone please
point the documents that she needs for getting stamping done and also maybe the type of questions s he can expect.Do we
need to book the date for getting stamping done ahead of time in Hyderabad ? I appreciate your response.
