Late Admission

Hi guys,

I will be thankfull if anybody help me, my case is,

I got H1 Visa in Septermber 2008, because of my personel matter i was not able to travel.
My H1 Visa is Valid till Septermber 2011.
Now I am planning to Travel and in this regard i had a words with my employer and he is ready to help me if at all i need from him.

My worries are, will they ask me about my delay at the port of entry
if they ask then what is the proper way to justify my self, or what kind of help i can take from my employer.
i will be appreciate if i get an appropriate response from you guys.
