I live in US. My brother lives in another country and have no intend to move here, but he would like to do some freelance jobs here, online.
He is a graphic design, so his work can be done from distance.
Does he need a visa to do freelance jobs if has no contract?
Have some websites providing work for people abroad, and don't say anything about visa, but I can't find anywhere saying that needs a visa, or saying that do not need.
