Hello,
I have a couple questions regarding the GC application. So I will graduate my Bachelor's Degree in May 2020. I just applied two weeks ago for my OPT. The director at my college advised me that it will take up to June 2020 to receive my EAD card for the OPT. However, I would like to submit my application for the GC before June 2020, since my fiance and I are getting married soon. Is that possible?
I also have a question regarding the 90-day rule. Does the rule apply for the first time you enter the USA on the specific visa, or is it each time you reenter the USA? I was home for the holidays and just entered the country again beginning of February 2020. Yet, I've been studying in America for almost 4 years.
