    Is a stamped visa required to travel to India via London?

    Hi,
    I have an approved I-797 Visa, and currently does not have any stamped visa. If I travel to India via London, do I need to have a stamped visa? Do the defendants also need a stamped visa if they have to travel via London (LHR) airport?
