I wonder if anybody can help me with this question because I can not find any telephone number where I can get it answered.
I entered legaly inro the USA on the visa waiver program and applied to have my status adjusted so that I can legaly reside here with my American wife.
I have to leave the country regulary for business purposes and my parole document has finaly been issued which gives me multiple entries into the country for one year.
I have been informed by a friend who has immigrated here that I do not surrender the green visa waiver portion in my passport and that I keep that until my application has been accepted or refused.
Is this correct? or is there a telephone number with a person behind it at ICE who can advise.
I would appreciate any information anybody can give.
