LGBT Medical Visa for Fertility?

Hello there,

Would it be possible for LGBT couples to apply for medical visas to USA for the purposes of having children (fertility)? There are gay and lesbian couples who would like to have their own children but do not have fertility specialists or places that can help them in their home country. Is this even considered possible under applying for a medical visa?
