I have been in the USA for over 2yrs on a E2 visa. I married a US citizen last May. My I-94 runs out end of Sept 2010 and my E2 visa has already expired.
We are in the process of filling out forms 1 130 and I 485 along with I 765. I have a couple of questions. Does my husband have to fill out form I 864 even though I own a business? And what is the latest you can submit your forms? My drivers license is due for renewal at the end of October and my I-94 will have expired by then. How do I renew it?
