Holding EAD, Can we swith between EAD to H1B and back to EAD
HI,
Currently i am using my EAD. Recently i got married . So i am planning to file H1B again and get my spouse on H4 Visa.
After she comes to US and added to Pending GC Proccess and recieved her EAD, can i reuse my existing EAD again or do i need to be on H1B Status.
Do i need follow any specific procedure for converting back from H1B to EAD again.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated
