TD visa processing times and TD visa stamp

Hi!
I have applied Online for a TD visa 4 months ago at Vermont Service Center. I have tried to check their current processing time but unfortunately it shows all other i539 case processing times except T as non immigrant one. Does anyone have any idea which month are they processing now and also if my i539 gets approved do I have to mail my passport to USCIS or do I have to physically be there to get the TD stamp ???????
Did anyone got their TD visa recently?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You are confusing visa and status. A US visa (what you call "visa stamp") is only for entering the US, and a US visa can only be obtained at a US consulate outside the US. You did not seek, and do not need, a visa since you are inside the US, so you don't need to "enter". The visa has nothing to do with your stay inside the US, and therefore, you do not need a visa. What you applied for is Extension of Status or Change of Status, with I-539. Status is for staying inside the US. When your Extension of Status or Change of Status is approved, you will receive a new I-94 as part of the approval notice. You will not get a visa. The next time you leave the US and wish to re-enter, only then would you apply for a visa.
