I am a filipina and my 2 year old daughter is s US citizen. She is too young to petition for me. But i want to take her to USA to meet her paternal family.

Is there a visa for me?

A B2 visitor visa would be appropriate.

(a) where is the child's father?
(b) you will have to convince a CO why you would return to the PI instead of remaining in the US, and those reasons will have to super strong, beyond 'oh, my mom lives here' or 'I have a job lined up when I get back...'...any experienced CO will believe that you will use the USC child as a means to stay in the US, either with the biological father or through manufactured reasons, claiming that the baby is sick or something.

My co-worker also asked for B2 visa and she got it. So I think you should also try to get it.
