Hi there,
My husband is an Indian citizen but born in Nepal in 1986. We submitted his birth certificate with seals issuing authorities from the "Government of Nepal Ministry of foreign affairs Department of Consular Services" and the "Government of Nepal Ministry of Health and Population Ramshahpath, Kathmandu" as well as a full translation of the document into English. However, it got rejected.
We received the following feedback: Please replace this with an acceptable birth certificate from a correct issuing authority.
The feedback is very vague...so I'm wondering if anyone else has any experience or advice to give about how to get the birth certificate approved for our spouse visa?
