H1B transfer with previous I140
Hi,
I met H1B 6 years cap in 2020 and my previous employer A has filed I-140 which got approved with Jan 2020 priority date.I got 3 years H1B extension with approved I-140.
I switched my job and transferred my H1B to my current employer B and I got a 3 years H1B extension along with the transfer till Sep 2024.Employer B has started the green card process again in Mar 2023 and is currently in prevailing wage stage with DOL.
If I switch my job and join Employer C,will I get an H1B extension again ? though I do not have an active I-140 approval.
